I was just wondering if I wrapped it with thread if the thread would stop the magnet from working. But I'll try it out and let you know. Rare earth magnets are very strong, but I've never tried to use them on anything very thick. You'll have to experiment and let me know! :O)Honeybeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03934816373171656095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6227694271820521578.post-21906751190252469222017-03-09T01:12:05.567-05:002017-03-09T01:12:05.567-05:00You created really pretty bookmarks for your frien...You created really pretty bookmarks for your friend. And those needle minders are indeed adorable. I love them. I know alot of people who will be getting a needle minder this year. If I was to use a wooden spool button and then wrap it with thread and glue a magnet on the back will the needle still stick to the thread. Thanks. I am so envious. My crafts room is a mess. It has become a catch-all room (mostly for books) while I wait for my husband to finish our library. Once the library is finished, then I can get all the books out of the house and THEN I can purge and clean my crafts room and reclaim it again. And I will be running out into the street to celebrate, because by the time it is all finally finished, it will also be warm outside. Anyway, I loved reading about all your wonderful creative meanderings, thank you!Hollyhttp://www.mistyhillstudio.com/blog/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6227694271820521578.post-34987644662517550202017-03-07T13:19:22.262-05:002017-03-07T13:19:22.262-05:00Cute, cute, cute!
