Hi RJ! The trims are mostly from Hobby Lobby and Jo Ann Fabrics, but I've been collecting them for years and have picked them up everywhere. I just keep my eyes open whenever I'm somewhere that carries fabric. Michael's doesn't carry fabric so they don't have much trim, but occasionally you can find something unique. Keep your eyes open around holidays because craft stores that don't carry fabric, and even places like Walmart will sometimes stock a few seasonal trims.
Thanks Honeybee! I have the hardest time finding nice trims. They are always in very bright colors in our stores. We are headed to Texas this summer and maybe I will have better luck there. I have thought about dyeing rick rack etc. but not sure the dye will take unless I can find them made out of cotton. You are great at picking such lovely trims...you have a knack for finding great ones. Love your blog! RJ
So adorable! And finished to perfection. Thank you for the links. :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! You always have such lovely finishes. The penguin design really caught my eye - thanks for the link.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous trio of winter finishes, Honeybee! As always, thank you for the reminders/posts for the links.
ReplyDeleteGreat finishes, I particularly like that pompom trim.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finishes Honeybee! I love them all especially the Noel ornament. Thank you for the links too. Where do you purchase most of your trims? RJ
