We are ready for the hurricane and praying we all remain safe in our homes. Friday night will be a long one. I will check in afterwards as soon as I can.
I have been reading some of the news reports about the upcoming Hurricane Isaias and it sounds like it will be a powerful storm. I am glad to hear that you are prepared and ready. I will be praying that you and your family stay safe and warm throughout the storm. Take care. Mary
Honeybee, I have followed you for years and loved every post, but never commented. You are in my prayers to get through this storm safely. Keep the cat carriers ready just in case. And yes I'm a crazy cat lady. God bless dear girl, stay safe and take care. Shirley in CT
Aw, thank you so much, Shirley! What a blessing to hear from you! Rest assured, I have a safe area set up in the downstairs bathroom for them, complete with a big dog kennel with room for both of them, cozy blankets included!
Just came across your blog. I live in the New Orleans area and I feel your pain. Looks like you are well prepared for Isaias. Good luck and prayers. Laura

Thank you so much, Mary. There seems to be some data to show it may weaken before landfall, but we have to prepare as if it won't.
DeleteThinking of you, Honeybee and praying that you and your husband (and of course Marigold and Butterfly) are safe. Take good care.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Wanda.
