Happy Halloween!

Halloween always kicks off the holiday season at our house, and we carry on right through New Year's Day. For the last three years, we've also had an extra day to celebrate: the 29th, when we brought our wee werewolves home.

Their first Halloween. They'll always be my Halloween babies. Little black and orange nuggets.

I've been stitching away on a little design from Haunting Halloween by The Drawn Thread. A fun, quick stitch.

I used GAST Buttercrunch for the yellow and GAST Bayberry for the green. I stitched everything using my mismatched strands method for a smoother look.

Looking forward to an evening of handing out candy (and eating it), watching old scary movies, and snacking! Happy Halloween!

Bonus: Rare photo of me the first time overnight low temperatures dip into the 40s.😂
