That’s wonderful news Sara I finally stitched the red cardinal and so love how you finished in a triangle and the black ribbon to finish around the edge. Question for you what size of triangle did you make? And what is the technique you used for the black ribbon all the way around. Please and thank you Kathy
I think it was 28 ct fabric, and I usually like a 1/4" border around my flat-finished pieces, so that's the size of the triangle (it's packed away, so I don't have an exact measurement). The ribbon is a trim from Hobby Lobby. I think they still carry it.
Thanks for the reply. I live in Canada and we don’t have Hobby Lobby. I will play with the size and something to finish the cardinal with see what I come up with. Lol
Wonderful, we have been fully vaccinated here for over a month. No reactions for either shots , even if we did it was better than the alternative...COVID!
